What kind of support are you looking for?

FOR LEADERS AND ORGANIZATIONS

Lead with clarity.

Whether you’re commanding a battalion, running a nonprofit, or leading a team through change, coaching helps you understand how your natural strengths shape your leadership and where your blind spots are costing you.

  • Strengths-based leadership development
  • Organizational culture strategy
  • Program evaluation & recommendations
  • Concierge consulting for leadership teams
  •   Ideal for: Commanders, senior NCOs, nonprofit directors, organizational leaders
    FOR INDIVIDUALS AND COUPLES

    Get unstuck.

You don’t need a diagnosis to feel stuck. Career transitions, communication breakdowns, burnout, and rebuilding after deployment are all things coaching was designed for. We focus on where you want to go — not just where you’ve been.

  • Burnout recovery & personal clarity
  • Marriage strengthening & communication
  • Career transition & identity coaching
  • Strengths-based personal development
  • Ideal for: Military spouses, service members, veterans, couples navigating transition

    THE METHOD

    Strengths-based coaching

Using the Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment, we identify your natural talents — not how well you play guitar, but how you see the world, relate to others, and execute under pressure. Then we apply those talents to whatever you’re navigating.

Not sure which is right for you? Take the quick quiz or watch a short video explaining the difference.

    WHAT TO EXPECT

    Simple, focused, forward.

Using the Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment, we identify your natural talents — not how well you play guitar, but how you see the world, relate to others, and execute under pressure. Then we apply those talents to whatever you’re navigating.

    Schedule

Book your first session online. Sessions are virtual — available regardless of where you are in the world. If you're joining through a partnering organization, use your assigned promo code when scheduling.

    Assess

For strengths-based coaching, you'll complete the Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment before our first session. For general coaching, we'll start with a conversation about what you're navigating and where you want to go.

    Work

We meet regularly (typically weekly or biweekly) for focused sessions. Most clients see meaningful progress within 5 sessions. Couples sessions are available.

    Move forward

Coaching ends when you have the tools and clarity to keep going on your own. I don't create dependency — I create momentum.

    FROM CLIENTS

Corie is an expert with military and first responder families and the unique challenges they face. I would recommend her to the entire army and their spouses if we could duplicate her (hehe)! Corie is an absolutely amazing asset to the community.

Corie is the most amazing person ever. She speaks so eloquently and makes you feel loved & heard. She heals hearts and is able to set you on a new hopeful path.

I am not the “marriage Counseling” kinda guy. I have a hard time trusting people with the inner workings of our crazy life. With that being said, Corie is different. She has the ability to relate and develop that trust without invading your space.

    COMMON QUESTIONS

No. Coaching is not a medical service, so it’s not covered by insurance or Tricare. This also means we can work together across state lines — no geographic restrictions. If you need a referral to a culturally competent counselor who takes Tricare, I’m happy to help connect you.

Coaching is ideal if you’re navigating transitions, communication challenges, career decisions, or want to build on your strengths. If you’re dealing with trauma, PTSD, severe anxiety, depression, or crisis, counseling with a licensed provider is the right fit. Not sure? Take the quiz or watch the video above — they’ll help you decide.

Most coaching clients see meaningful progress within 5 sessions. Some choose to continue beyond that for deeper work or ongoing accountability. We’ll talk about this in our first session and adjust as we go.

Yes. Both strengths-based coaching and general couples coaching are available. Couples sessions focus on communication, navigating transitions, and understanding each other’s natural wiring — not diagnosing relational problems.

When scheduling your appointment, use the assigned coupon or promo code provided by your organization. Everything else is the same — you’ll schedule online and we’ll meet virtually.

I am no longer taking insurance or Tricare for counseling services, but I maintain my licenses in Virginia, Georgia, and Texas. For clients in those states who need clinical services, we can discuss options. For everyone else, I’m happy to make a referral to an excellent, culturally competent provider.
